1. Security Clearance and Access Management:Process vendor and visitor security clearances for data center (DC) access.

Reporting to the Team Manager, the Customer Service Executive is responsible to formulate resolution and respond in a timely and accurate manner and providing excellent customer service to callers.

Job Requirements:

• Required to work 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays. Rotating shift.
• Required to work in shift and shift allowance will be provided accordingly.
• Adequate telephone skills and proper etiquette.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment due to high volume of inquiries.
• Have experience in working contact center industry will be an added advantage.

Working Location:

• Woodlands North Coast (Next to Republic Poly)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in managing the operations of the call centre
• Manage the performance of Call Centre Agent(s) in call, email and chat handling, ensuring that specific service level and turnaround targets are met
• Monitor team adherence and quality performance against targets
• Collaborate closely with the Service Quality Executive to breach any gaps in training and improve performance quality
• Manage and resolve any escalated cases or disputes, ensuring that appropriate and timely escalations are made to client(s) as and when is required
• Manage and resolve any internal problems or conflicts at the first level in the workplace before any escalation to the Operations Manager
• Ensure all other SOPs and protocols are diligently and correctly carried out
• Work with other departments as and when is required to ensure that team operations can continue smoothly and cohesively across the organisation
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• A Level and above
• Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Applications)
• Proficient in typing
• Able to multitask
• Able to commit to office hours desk-bound (8.30am to 5.30pm from Mondays to Fridays)
• Able to commit 44-hours of work a week
• Open to be moved to shift work (details will be discussed during the interview)

Additional Information:

• Commencement date is 24 February 2025
• Monthly basic salary ranges from $3,000 to $3,200

• Training is provided, may be conducted at a secondary location i.e Henderson, client premise (TBA)
• 12 weeks probation

Outbound Call Associate

• Proactive contact and engage customers to gather critical information through survey activities

• Meet and achieve the individual and company’s key performance indicators

• Acquire a strong knowledge of the products and services, culture and processes

• Provide quality customer service and prompt follow-up to customers over the phone and/or email

• Listen to customers’ needs, probe to redirect to the intent of the question and offer alternative solution

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate issues promptly

• Submit regular reports to Team Lead and propose new ideas and strategies to improve work performance

• Other duties as assigned by Team Lead and/or Branch Head

Requirements

• Diploma / NITEC / GCE ‘O' Level or equivalent
• Minimum C5 for English O level
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry


Special Knowledge or Skills:
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
• Fluency in a second language
• Computer literate and good typing skills
