Responsibilities:

• Review, plan, manage and improve cost effective preventive/predictive maintenance programs for facilities system, ensuring good system reliability and optimum efficiency
• Support to develop AOP and manage expenses according to AOP
• Respond to feedback/issues and perform troubleshooting to restore/ resume the operation back to normal
• Perform root cause analysis and implement action plans to prevent recurrence
• Review and evaluate system capacity and performance to recommend/ implement continuous improvement plans
• Perform analysis of utilities consumption for early detection of anomalies and collaborate with Sustainability Team/Operation for Sustainability Initiatives/Projects to reduce the consumption
• Review, maintain and update procedures/specification in Global Documentation Management System
• Maintain proper records of maintenance, drawings, plant histories, and other auditable documentations
• Review and manage inventories of appropriate spares, consumables, and other resources necessary for the day-to-day operation
• Support planning, design, and management of expansion/ upgrading/ improvement projects
• Support audits (i.e. ISO, IATF, RBA, VDA, EAL6, Customers, etc) and ensure its compliance
• Ensure compliance of authorities’ requirements, legislations, codes of practice, etc
• Provide guidance to duty staffs and knowledge sharing with fellow colleagues to continue strengthen the operation

Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Preferable 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry
• ACMV, DI Water, CDA, Vacuum, WWTP, Electrical System experience would be an advantage
• Computer skills in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Certified Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) will be an added advantage
• Team player and able to work well in a team setting to achieve goals

Responsibilities:

• Perform inbound and outbound delivery tasks for Installation or RAM of inventories.
• Server and Network Equipment unpacking, installation, basic troubleshooting (Network MUX, Switches Routers, Servers & Storage, PDUs, NICs, etc.)
• Network and Servers installation & maintenance (rack & stack, cabling, parts replacement, etc.)
• Inventory of network, server equipment, fiber optic, data cables (copper and fiber) - Asset Management and Data Collection. Capture critical device information such as asset tag, serial numbers, MAC addresses and related information.
• Plan to ensure proper cable management and power redundancy practices are in use
• Self-perform basic server troubleshooting such as power and link light verification
• Interface with customers, clients, and technical staff as needed
• Physically assist in moving and racking equipment as directed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Execute installations in accordance to rack layout elevation diagrams and patching records
• Ensure given tasks are completed in a timely manner through independent planning,prioritization and time management
• Any other task given by Project Manager/Project Engineer

Requirements

• Experience within a data center environment and basic tasks such as rack & stack, patching, hardware install, 2 post vs 4 post racks, U-counts etc.
• Familiar with network cabling such as types of fiber and copper. (SMF, MMF, MPO, MTP, CAT6A,)
• Familiar with basic server hardware and components (CPU, memory, storage, NICs, etc.)
• Basic understanding of datacenter air flow, heat management, and power redundancy practices
• Able to use basic hand tools. Drills and screwdriver
• Able to use server lift would be advantageous
• Regularly lift equipment weighing up to 20kg or more.
• Detail oriented and organized
• Excellent documentation skill

• Follow up Supplier Quality Audit Checklist and VDA6.3 to ensure all declaration are closure on time
• Maintain Supplier Quality ePortal to ensure that all suppliers 100% upload their COC, ISO/IATF Certificate, ICP report and declaration on time
• Implement SPC system for critical materials. Ensure all data has been updated into SPC system.
• Responsible for tracking supplier quality performance, including COC, certificates, declarations, and supplier response time
• Maintain IQC procedure, control plan and FMEA
