Attachment Description
The Retail Manager drives the realisation of the business strategies by developing business opportunities, fostering relationships with stakeholders and establishing operations and service excellence standards. He/she is also responsible for driving the organisations innovation and productivity aspirations.
He / She operates in a rapidly transforming business environment and functions through his understanding of customers preferences, operational activities and industry landscape to enhance sales performance, operations and service levels.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Oversee all day to day operations.
2. Manage and maintain inventory.
3. Ability to source and identify best quality stocks for the most competitive price.
4. Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting.
5. Comply with all company policies, relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the business adhere to all necessary regulations.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Develop business negotiation strategies and ideas to facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
2. Ability to diffuse tense situation between clients, suppliers and team members.
3. Implement, monitor after-sales activities and review policies for after-sales procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Identify both offline and online partnerships which may provide strategic value to the organisation.
