Administration

· On business management:

o Source, negotiate, and determine course fee for children enrichment program.

o Ensure optimum level of students enrolment and ensure profitability is beyond break even vs centre’s overhead expenses.

o To do strategic planning on publicity for enrolment & volunteerism.

· Ensure that licensing requirements are met at all times.

· Ensure that up to-date records (factsheet, centre’s enrolment, particulars of students and their parents, staff, medical and leave records, attendance of staff and students) are properly maintained.

· Ensure that records (petty cash, fee collection records, registration and withdrawals, subsidy applications etc) are properly maintained.

· Liaise with government agencies on operational matter namely, MCDS, HDB and Town Councils.

· Attend to & respond appropriately to public enquiries and complaints.

Finance

· Prepare centre budget with respect to the programme needs of the centre.

· Monitor budgetary costing and control of centre’s income and expenditure.

· Seek approval from superior for the procurement of materials and supplies.

· Prepare disbursement of petty cash expenses to staff and seek approval for disbursement of petty cash expense to self.

Accountabilities

Job Description

• Develop and configure components on SharePoint Online, Teams, Power apps, power automate etc.
• Supports the development solutions that will address a wide range of business needs including workflows, forms, document management, business reports and dashboards utilizing Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Provide technical and operational subject matter expertise for Microsoft 365 platform adoptions in the organization

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience configuring and customizing Canvas & Model driven Apps. Able to understand business process in model driven apps.
• Familiar with the development of Custom components for PowerApps.
• Must be able to use Power Automate standard connectors and to leverage APIs to create custom-connectors within Power Platform.
• Good exposure to common data services (Dataverse), DataVerse security concepts
• Experience in healthcare industry and knowledge in Migration of SharePoint premises to SharePoint Online will be an advantage
• Possesses broad knowledge base of M365 technical architecture and the interdependencies with other enterprise services in M365/Azure technology stack
• Proficient in Microsoft's Power Platform with an emphasis on PowerApps (Canvas Apps and Model driven apps) and integration within the M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Dataverse / Common Data Service.
• Excellent UI design skill and hands on experience in designing and developing entities in PowerApps.

Job Description:

• Support the development of the palliative care sector in Singapore by identifying service gaps and new opportunities, enhancing existing service models, and developing new service models to provide more and better care options to support seniors in their last days.
• Work with policy makers, community stakeholders, including service providers and hospitals to drive the implementation of the National Strategy for Palliative Care (NSPC) 2023.
• Develop and implement palliative care related pilot programmes, service models and funding policies that support and not limited to:Palliative care capability and capacity in the community care sector
  Creation and enhancement of enablers to support palliative care services and its ecosystem
  Conduct evaluation and review of the programmes and services. This includes conducting research and data analysis

Job Description

• Carry out assessment on client care needs in various settings such as home, hospitals, institutions to facilitate referrals and right-site clients to suitable services/care settings in a timely manner

• Manage the day-to-day AIC Link operations to deliver prompt and quality customer service

• Engage client/caregiver in identifying client’s care needs and wishes, formulate care/service plans and linking client to service provision

• Assess and match relevant financial schemes and facilitate application to support client’s care expenses
