You will report to Senior Director, Supply Network Leader for the RBU. The role will supervise a diverse team of people in ESS Operations, extended Multi-functional team including ESS Quality, ESS Purchases, ESS MPD, ESS Business Planning closely engaging with external multi -functional- Commercial & R&D teams, Finance, Regulatory & R&D team members.

Responsibilities of the role

• Develop & Implement ESS Operations Master Plan for ESS Supply Chain . Drive strategic decisions impacting supply chain with the lead team

• Achieve end-to-end supply chain operational sufficiency to support profitable business growth
• Build a robust ESS Operations Organization.

Role Requirements

• 10+ years of consumer & Pharma goods supply chain, manufacturing, operations, quality assurance, Planning and customer service experience.
• Experience in dealing with External Manufacturing partners. Building relationships & Influencing External partner Organization will be critical.
• Experience in production management, Operational efficiencies , Initiative delivery through External manufacturing sites.
• Experience in leading and collaborating with large multi-functional teams with varied strengths.
• Knowledge & expertise of manufacturing & Operational excellence. Knowledge & Experience in IWS system will be preferred.
• Effective English communication skills, both oral and written. Communication within internal P&G stakeholders and External Manufacturing partner.
• Fluency in Bahasa language (Oral & Written) is preferred.

Key Role/Job Function:

1. Manage a group of about 20 students

2. Ensure students finish school homework (give spelling drills, prepare them for test/examinations – e.g. students do more practices on assessment books, ensure completed exercises in assessment books are marked, ensure corrections done)

3. Supervise and guide the student with their school work as well as life skills (play, hygiene and meal time)

4. Plan and conduct child appropriate social and recreational activities and holiday programs

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, frameworks and philosophy of the centre.
• Address each child’s educational and developmental and keep accurate records of children’s progress
• through checklists, progress notes, photographs and anecdotal records.
• Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to work and play in.
• Meet with parents to address any concerns or at parents’ request. Keep Principal informed about student concerns or difficulties.
• Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child.
• Render basic first aid as and when necessary.
• Being responsible for the arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom.

PCF Sparkle Care is an integrated eldercare facility. The Senior Care Centre provides centre-based community care services for seniors who are physically frail and in need of supervision during the day while their loved ones are at work.

Executive (Partnership Development & Project Management) , Senior Care Divsion

Job Description:

Partnership

• Assist Manager to draw up partnership agreements (eg. MOUs) for review and approval and successful implementation of partnership workflow/processes and systems. (eg set up of agreed workflows between partners for the partnership)
• Coordinate with other team members within Sparkle Care and external partners to ensure all aspects of the core partnerships can work effectively e.g., facilitate seamless delivery of the continuum of care between the inhouse and external AAC, SCC and the HPC+ teams.
• Collect and compile KPI information for data reporting and KPI Submission on a weekly/monthly basis.

Active Aging Centres

• Cover day to day operations in the Eldercare Service at the designated Senior Care Centres or newly awarded Active Ageing Centres as required.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and engagement with seniors and community partners.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of networking and collaboration, incidents and phone calls/communications.

Volunteer Management

• Contribute to Sparkle Care’s Volunteer Management effort, where needed.

Other Duties

• Assist in the review of programmes and service offerings from time to time to keep up with the development in the eldercare sector.
• Participate actively in ad hoc projects to improve service quality and brand name of PCF Sparkle Care
