Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining high service standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service at every interaction.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to address inquiries effectively.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
• Handle order processing, modifications, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Record and track customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to ensure seamless issue resolution and process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide feedback for service enhancements.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members as needed.
• Support various operational tasks, including data entry, inventory analysis, and customer correspondence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, ideally in the fashion or luxury retail sector.
• Proven ability to address customer needs proactively and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated maturity, logical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
