The Marketing Team is looking for a Creative Designer to complement our efforts online via asset, content and media creation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall aesthetics, product listing and user experience of e-commerce websites, online marketplaces and in-store displays.
• Design and update collaterals including brochures, newsletters, online banners and product data-sheets.
• Create relevant social media content (static & video) for target audience to increase branding and product awareness.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and flair for creative design.
• Proficient in design tools from Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good photography, videography and editing skills.
• Knowledge in online e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Pro-active, able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Roles and Responsibility

• Delivery and presentation of lesson content to children and Youth
• Supervision of primary school children (P1 to P6)/ Youth (secondary) to ensure completion of daily assignments/mentorship session.
• Participate in community-based initiatives to promote the wellbeing of children, Youth, and families.
• Planning and preparation of Teacher’s Guided Activities/ conduct of mentorship program with Youth.
• Assist with centre management according to policies and guidelines.
• Regular liaison with parents and caregivers regarding children’s progress and behaviour.

Requirements/Prerequisite

• GCE N/O/A levels/Diploma and above
• Team player attitude
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Resourcefulness in providing activities and program that can engage children/Youth.
• Possess a passion for nurturing children/Youth
• Experience in working with children/Youth preferred. Those without experience may also apply as training will be provided.

Salary range

• $1800 to $2,800 (depend on qualification and experience)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday (non-school holidays) 10am to 7pm
• School holiday working hours: 8-hour shift between 7.30am to 7pm (Mon - Fri)

Customer Care Specialist

• Issue Purchase Orders to the suppliers
• Issue invoices to the clients
• Being capable to take care of the ful cycle of sales order and issuing all the related documentation
• Maintaining the communication with the suppliers abd clients
• Handling communication and documentation with forwarders and suppliers
• Taking care of gathering forecasts from clients and prepare reports

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience
• Good communicattion skill
