As a key member of the Sales Support Team, the Customer Care (Sales Support) reports to the Head of Sales (Singapore and Malaysia). The role focuses on delivering excellent service to our customers with dedicated market focus. The responsibilities include handling customers' queries professionally to orders being placed within the expected timelines and manage inbound contacts via three (3) channels such as phone, email, and periodic sales visits.

The objective is to drive sales growth through contract renewals of the existing contracts, enhance customer satisfaction, and stay informed about the industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inside Sales Management: Lead the inside sales team in identifying and developing sales opportunities, supporting sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• End-to-End Operations: Oversee the entire sales support process, from after-sales support and qualification to order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sales follow-up, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of sales support professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a liaison between the sales team and customers to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Sales Support & Coordination: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and handling customer inquiries.
• Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports, analyzing data to provide actionable insights and recommend improvements.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth sales operations and resolve any issues that arise during the sales process.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and systems to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or Lifescience and Biology related qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support or inside sales, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
• Work experience in a SME trading or distributor environment
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team, driving results through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sales support or inside sales within the Life Sciences or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of Trade Facilities like Letter of Credit is advantageous

Summary

• Salary up to $3300
• Yearly performance bonus

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the classroom and play areas are safe and childproofed
• Attend to the basic needs of infants such as feeding, dispering and napping
• Engage infants in activities and experiences that stimulate infants' senses
• Talk, sing and read to infants to promote language acquisition
• Observe infants for sign of illness, discomfort, or developmental issues and report to the parents
• Maintain open and regular communication with parents about their infants' daily routine and milestones
• Encourage and reinforce good behavior through praise and gentle guidance
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

OVERVIEW

The Infant Educator is responsive to the needs of infants and toddlers. He/She creates a secure environment for infants and toddlers through nurturing respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships with them. He/She also creates a quality learning environment by implementing developmentally appropriate curricula and programmes. He/She builds trusting and respectful relationships and partnerships with stakeholders by actively engaging the children’s family and community. As an Early Childhood educator, he/she engages in ongoing professional development and reflective practice, and contributes to fostering a culture of collaboration and collegiality with relevant stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PLAN AND IMPLEMENT CURRICULUM AND PROGRAMMES

a) Develop routine caregiving approach, lesson experiences and learning materials aligned to the Early Years Development Framework

b) Create developmentally appropriate materials and resources to enhance quality learning environments

c) Document children’s learning and development

d) Implement strategies to build respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships with infants and toddlers

e) Review health, safety, nutritional and hygiene practices in accordance with standards and procedures

f) Plan developmentally appropriate experiences in the infant care setting

2. BUILD STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIPS AND PARTNERSHIPS
a) Establish relationships with families to facilitate the continuity of care and learning between home and the Centre
b) Coordinate activities with families and community stakeholders
c) Facilitate collaboration with families and community stakeholders to enhance programmes and services

3. MANAGE FAMILY AND COMMUNITY PROGRAMMES

a) Execute collaborative projects with families and community stakeholders

b) Evaluate family and community initiatives and programmes for improvement

4. CONDUCT ROUTINE CAREGIVING
a) Conduct caregiving assessment
b) Provide routine caregiving practices in accordance to standards and procedures
c) Identify areas for improvement for routine caregiving

5. UPLIFT PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE
a) Promote the Centre’s vision, mission and values
b) Implement appropriate teaching and caregiving methods based on emerging sector trends, technologies and tools
c) Identify areas for improvement to enhance work performance
d) Propose improvements to professional development and service quality improvement activities
e) Develop new teaching and caregiving approaches based on observations

6. OTHERS

a) Any other duties as and when assigned by the Centre Leader
