Position Overview
Project Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and software projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
- Manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- IT Infrastructure Management
- Maintain and enhance the company’s IT infrastructure, including email systems, Microsoft tools, and content creation software.
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure services to ensure optimal performance and integration with existing systems.
- Act as the primary IT resource for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Identify, implement, and manage new technology solutions to improve business efficiency and team collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with data security regulations and best practices to safeguard company and customer information.
Software and Application Development
- Lead the development and implementation of software applications, including e-games and e-journals for global audiences.
- Collaborate with developers to design user-friendly, efficient, and scalable solutions.
- Provide training and support to staff for new systems and applications.
Technical Expertise
- Utilize programming skills for front-end and back-end development.
- Apply knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and security principles such as encryption, authentication, and authorization.
- Employ testing frameworks and tools to ensure software quality and reliability.
Must Have
- Proven experience in project management within IT or software development.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, including Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience in software development, including coding and debugging.
- Subject-matter expert.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies.
- Strong understanding of security principles, testing frameworks, and tools.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

Good to Have
- Experience with game design or e-learning tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR
- At least 3 years of experience in IT and Software Development
