Job Description:
- In Charge of managing a group of Project Engineers to deliver specified projects within agreed parameters.
- Responsible for the projects for security equipment installation, testing, commissioning and system programming in accordance to required standards.
- Work closely with cross divisional teams to develop business cases and other project documentation for projects being managed as part of the company direction.
- In charge of implementing and enforced best-practice project methodology and processes to the team, with the objective of better management and implementation of projects.
- Responsible for managing the project spend within approved budget and relationships across all business lines and with external parties, defining requirements, agreeing terms and ensuring delivery
- Taking charge of identify and raising risks and issues affecting the project, including financial or operation and proactively managing them or escalating to relevant parties where necessary
- Provide support and adhere to the execution and delivery as per the project management methodology, standards and processes as set up by the department
Job Requirements:
- Min diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Min 8 years working experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems
- Min 3 years of experience in managing a team
