As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hearing care to our clients. Your duties will include conducting hearing assessments for both adults and children, prescribing and fitting hearing aids, providing rehabilitation services, and performing other related tasks. • Plan, coordinate and accompany youths for outdoor activities as well as collaborate with team on such outings
• Plan and coordinate social recreational activities and events
• Run support group for youths (online/Face to Face)
• Design, implement and conduct Group work and Interest based groups for youth

• Engage online community (Discord, Instagram) / Social media Campaigns and outreach
• Ensure safety and well-being of youths and caregivers at all times in and out of centre

Outreach and Co-Lab

• Be involved in outreach initiatives to raise mental health literacy in young people and the general public

• Source for and liaise directly with persons-in-charge of various agencies or groups who provide youth volunteers

Administration and Evaluation

• Administer K10 evaluation to youths and caregivers, and ensure proper documentation
• Assist Head and Admin Officer in Annual Report or statistics collation when necessary

• Manage corporate social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Youtube, etc., including content development, posting, building following, community nurturing, social listening/ monitoring and responding to feedback, enquiries and comments, to increase brand awareness, engage customers, and gather insights.
• Update marketing materials, maintain content asset database and communicate regularly with regional marketing teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams internal stakeholders to and contribute to product positioning and marketing direction for products.
• Assist in other marketing events and activities, when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Languages or other related fields.
• Possesses knowledge in skin care and health and wellness products preferred
