Job Responsibilities

• The Healthcare Assistant supports and assists the nurses (Registered Nurses (RN) and Enrolled Nurses (EN) in delivery of nursing care to residents and helps to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for them.

Scope

The Volunteer After-Care Programme (VAP) trains and engages a growing pool of volunteers who are passionate in helping ex-offenders turn their lives around. The Befriending initiative assists ex-offenders with their reintegration transitioning by matching suitable volunteers to support ex-offenders with their needs. Programme Management

· Conduct periodic reviews of the various aspects of the programmes and services offered as part of the VAP for improvement

a) Service Coordination Management

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, assist in appointment scheduling and re-scheduling, subsidies application, and address client inquiries for Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy services.
