• Review and redesign organizational hierarchy, considering interdepartmental relationships and internal workflows
• Analyse and update job descriptions for office staff to ensure alignment between procedures and actual practices
• Propose, develop, and implement comprehensive office policies, including (but not limited to: Work from Home Policy, Loan Policies, Leave Policies, Travel Allowance, Phone Benefits / Usage Policies)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
