We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team and ensure adherence to the Monetary Authority of Singapore's (MAS) regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs to ensure adherence to MAS regulations and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor and assess changes in regulatory frameworks, including AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism) policies.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Liaise with MAS and other regulatory bodies on compliance matters and reporting obligations.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handle customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and transaction monitoring activities to prevent financial crime.
• Prepare and submit timely regulatory filings and reports as required by MAS.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field. Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., ICA, ACAMS, CFA) are an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services or fintech industry. Familiarity with MAS guidelines, particularly on AML/CFT and financial advisory regulations.
  
• Skills and Attributes: Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Singapore.
  Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  High ethical standards and attention to detail.
  Proficient in compliance tools and software is a plus.
  Proficient in English and Mandarine

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance in the residents' holistic development
• Work alongside the Home Operations team to ensure Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to in ensuring quality care and maintaining safety of the children during care placement
• Incorporate the principles of Standards of Care for Children and Young Persons in the daily management and supervision of the girls.
• Collaborate with the Home Operations team to maintain and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and programs, acting as a positive role model by providing proper guidance and supervision.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare, safety, personal development, and well-being of the female residents in the Home.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher/Nitec holder with experience minimally

Roles & Responsibilities

• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
• Supervise all civil and structural works, both permanent and temporary
• To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work
• To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures to protect surrounding structures
• To review, evaluate and assess all formwork structures, formwork support systems etc
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• To supervise the installation of instrumentation
• To supervise sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works etc
• To review, evaluate and assess the monitoring of instrumentation and interpretation of the results and provide analytical results/presentations
• To review the Contractor's design and supervise all works

Job Requirement:

· The RTO shall be accredited by the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and/or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• The RTO shall have minimum of THREE (3) years engineering experience
