The Accounts Assistant/ Officer is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Perform Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions at assigned project.
• Perform daily operational matter pertaining to preparing invoices, issuing payment and expense claims.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of fifteen years of working experience, including at least five years in senior management roles within the non-profit/social sector. Proven experience in managing operating expenses of at least S$3 million annually and leading an organization with over 25 people. Experience in organizational restructuring or rejuvenation, social services, and working with boards and government agencies is essential.

• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by the relevant authorities
• Supervise all civil and structural works, both permanent and temporary
• To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work
• To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures to protect surrounding structures
• To review, evaluate and assess all formwork structures, formwork support systems etc
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• To supervise the installation of instrumentation

Job Description & Requirements

• Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act, regardless whether their names are stated in the form,
• Check mock-ups done on site and off site, where necessary,
• Conduct inspection and check as required under Authority Operational and Safety requirements.
• Conduct compliance check on the implementation of mitigating measures in method statement, risk assessment and DfS register.

Job Requirements:-

• Minimum five (5) years of experience as RTO, of which at least two (2) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to the Works
• Diploma in Civil or Structural engineering from a recognized tertiary institution or relevant qualifications.
• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
• Have a certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry or equivalent.
