Responsibilities:

• Support HOD to conduct existing and potential suppliers cost evaluating activity, execute procurement strategies and sourcing activities / review and implement purchase protocol and requirement.
• Establish rapport / strategic negotiation with suppliers to achieve competitive price, lead time and on time delivery / ensure supply assurance.
• Keep an up-to-date contract database as well as identifying and acting upon forthcoming renewals required
• Resolve Operating Purchasing material shortage escalation
• Update of Purchasing Record and Supplier Sourcing List / sufficient stationery supplies and etc
