Key Responsibilities:

• Perform review of transaction alerts which are generated out of the transaction monitoring system
• Perform holistic of review of transactions as part of the KYC periodic review process
• Review name screening hits arising from payments screening at pre-transaction level

The Role

The Treasury team is responsible for all aspects of financing functions across the firm’s investment activities including but not limited to collateral optimization and balance allocations, counterparty relationships, counterparty legal agreement negotiations, counterparty risk management, cash reinvestment strategies and FX exposure management for the firm. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

To support the HRA department in administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in manpower resourcing, employer branding of choice and ensuring effective recruitment, on-boarding, deployment and retention.
• Assist with advertising agencies on the publishing of recruitment advertisements and external vendor on supplying workers for part-time basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• To generate for invoice issuance to clients on monthly basic base on given contract amount
• Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• As and when receive approval quotation and proposal, proceed with invoice issuance as well as keep track on payment method.
• Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
• Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger

• Prior experience in precast construction and architectural finishes;
• Able to work overtime when required by schedule.
