General Overview

This position reports to Supervisor (Marine Operations) and assisting him/her in ensuring safe, reliable and efficient ship-shore operations, inclusive of interfaces activities for JTJ, STS & FSRU and FSU services.

The incumbent will oversee the maintenance of marine equipment, monitoring the contractors appointed for marine activities and screen LNG ship for SLNG’s acceptance prior to ship arrival.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

Work experience / Knowledge

We are looking for an HR Administrative Executive to help with various personnel-related tasks. You will help the HR department with tasks such as publishing job ads, maintaining the HR database, and processing employee requests.

Our HR administrative assistant role requires exceptional organizational skills as well as the capacity to handle sensitive material discreetly. Responsibilites

• Handle work passes applications, renewals & etc matters.
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
• Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations & etc).
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
• Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars.
• Collaborate with the various departments to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.
• Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.
• Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
• Handle offboarding procedures for employees with exit interview & etc.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "O" levels or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalents.
• Miniumum 1 year of working experience in contruction industry.
