• Assist in guiding the team of Property Officers for all the estate management matters of a Division, including but not limited to routine building maintenance works, cyclical maintenance works, improvement works, conservancy and horticulture, use and control of the common property, arrears management etc.
• Establish and maintain close partnership with relevant agencies and grassroots organizations so as to achieve the vision and mission of the Town Council.
• Liaise with external contractors to ensure improvement works are carried out to contractual standards, provide leadership to a team in the day-to-day estate management operations and to effectively carry out the functions and duties of the Town Council.
• Any ad-hoc duties are assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Dipoma or Degree in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in estate management and managing township properties.
• Entry Level are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.

· Fully responsible for day to day operation of building / condominium

· Supervise and coordinate all maintain and administrate staff assigned to the building/ condominium

· Carry out maintenance function to the highest standard expect for the client and the subsidiary proprietor

· Lead a team of personal providing maintenance, security , administrative and car park management

· Ensure all contract work / routine service are carried out according as specified in their contract agreement

· Review all contract, agreement and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation/tender.

· Co-ordinate council meeting and annual general meeting

· Diploma or degree in estate management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely and responsibly operate and maintain the assigned vehicle.
2. Provide transportation services to director, family, clients in a timely and efficient manner, considering their schedule and preferences.
3. Ensure the safety and comfort of the client during transportation, including assisting with entering and exiting the vehicle.
4. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle, both inside and outside.
5. Perform routine vehicle maintenance, such as checking oil, water, and fuel levels, and arrange for repairs when necessary.
6. Plan and optimize driving routes to avoid traffic and ensure punctual arrivals.
7. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and maintenance activities.
8. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
9. Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the client's personal and professional matters.
10. Ad hoc duties assigned by the director

Qualifications:

1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
2. Previous experience as a personal driver or chauffeur preferred.
3. Familiarity with the local area and road networks.
4. Excellent driving skills, including defensive driving techniques.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Punctual and reliable.
7. Professional and well-groomed appearance.
