Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Management Specialist to oversee and drive successful adoption of technology initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, with a specific focus on End User Computing (EUC) and technology initiatives, such as new feature releases, software upgrades, hardware deployments, and system migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies for technology projects.
• Collaborate with teams to assess impacts and manage stakeholder communication.
• Design and deliver training to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.
• Monitor change initiatives and adjust plans as needed for success.
• Manage multiple priorities using proven methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years’ experience in change management or a similar role.
• Hands-on expertise with End User Computing (EUC) initiatives.
• Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and change management tools.
• Certifications like Prosci or CCMP (preferred).
