The role as a Investment Management Trainee will be to develop good relations with clients and learn to expand your network with them on various financial matters.

Manage and make critical decisions on client’s investment portfolio, advice on matters relating to asset management - mortgage financing etc.

Responsibilities

-Learn and chart out investment objectives for clienteles using their CPF and Cash portfolios.

-Trainee will also be taught to utilise DISC Personality Assessment and Enneagram to improve your communication with clients.

-Understand and balance risk vs rewards across different financial instruments (from bonds to derivatives like options/futures etc

- Building long term relationships with our clients.

- Underwrite, analyze and close finance deals.

• Managing documentation related to vessel certificates and stationery
• Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission

• Arranging travel logistics
• Handling invoicing and updating application forms for class audits and other vessel-related matters

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in Marine & Offshore Shipyard
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
