Job Description

• Arrange bookings with shipping lines or carriers for cargo to be transported via sea. Coordinate closely with suppliers, customers, and various internal departments and warehouse team to ensure smooth cargo flow and timely shipments.

• Prepare and manage all relevant documentation for sea freight shipments, including shipping instructions, customs documents, letter of credit and any other necessary paperwork.

• Arrange timely collections / Dispatch according to customer’s request.

• Monitor the progress of sea freight shipments in real-time, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Address any delays or issues promptly and take corrective actions and pre-alerts to customers.

• Ensure timely billing and accuracy of the invoices.

• Attend and responds on customer’s inquiry.

• Maintain open and effective communication with customers regarding shipment status, delays, and any relevant updates. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least O" Level

• Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping industry.

• Knowledge of L/C Documentations, incoterms, Singapore shipping procedure & freight forwarding experience

• Responsible and committed team player

• Motivated individual and possesses good planning and follow-up skills

• Able to handle high volume of workload in a fast-paced environment

• Immediate Starter will be an added advantage.

We are seeking for a highly motivated individual to take on the functional role that combines data management and data science skills for OMOP data curation & data analytics of Integrative Adolescence Research Programme (IARP).

Job Responsibilities:

• Implementation of OHDSI OMOP framework across the national strategic research datasets such as the Integrative Adolescence Research Programme (IARP).
• Develop and implement data management strategies for standard Common Data Model, vocabulary/ontology, mapping tools, methods and documentation (HDR UK CaRROT mapper).
• Develop and implement proactive quality control audits/quality management plans across datasets to ensure data mapping accuracies and completeness.
• Perform advanced analytics atop the OMOP Common Data Model for population-level analyses and data visualizations

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor/Master Degree in Public Health, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field.
• Good programming skills (Python, R).
• Knowledge/experience on OHDSI OMOP framework and regulatory data submissions.
• Good team player and communication skills for collaborative research.
• 3 to 5 years' experience.
