Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Group P&L
• Oversee daily procedures and operations of the company
• Develop and implement group business growth strategy
• Drive company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow business goals and objectives
• Establish and drive operational and process efficiency and effectiveness for products, sales, marketing, supply chain and customers
• Measure and evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve processes
• Provide mentorship to all employees, including management
• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to the organization which mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree / University degree or equivalent education
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a business or executive management role, with a proven track record of driving operational performance
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Interior Goods related industry
• Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
• Experience with budget management, with a focus on revenue growth and profitability
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness / ability to pick up work quickly when / where needed
• Able to coordinate with headquarter and to expand business in Singapore
• Proficiency in both English and Japanese is required. The candidate should be able to present business proposals and strategies in Japanese, as well as communicate effectively in written and spoken Japanese with customers and headquarters.

Overview: -

• Monthly Basic Salary: $2400 - $2800 + Addtional Allowance
• Freight Forwarding Services Industry - Changi (East Area)
• 5 Days (Monday to Friday), 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Permanent / Full Time Role (Bonuses Included) - Traning Provided

Your Responsibilities: -

• Communicate with overseas office / agents / shipping line including customers’ inquiries, respond queries including bookings (air & sea carriers)
• Coordinating both shipments of air and sea
• Monitor, resolve and follow up closely with customers on any dispute cases

You will need: -

• No experience required, training will be provided
• Applicant able to join within short notice will be preferred
• Comfortable travelling for work to CIAS Cargo, Changi (Monthly Allowance Provided)
