Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Shift work is required. Must also be prepared to be on standby after scheduled working hours.

• Provide support to the Department Head of Investor Relations and Capital Markets.
• Co-ordinate communications activities and programmes to investors, analysts and other stakeholders.
• Support the day-to day operations of the REIT investor relations and capital markets function - including maintenance of the company website content, social media marketing, quarterly reporting, regular analyst and media briefings, non-deal roadshow, site visit preparations etc.
• Conduct market research and provide investor feedback to the Company’s management.
• Maintain customer relationship management system, monitor share price and volume movement, provide capital market updates and research works.
• Assist in preparing AGMs, EGMs, factsheet, annual report, sustainability report, presentations, press releases, bilingual translation (English – Chinese) on various documents.
• Coordinate AGM matters, including venue booking, coordination with AGM vendor, AGM presentation slides and scripts and post AGM publications.
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or equivalent from an established university
• 1 - 5 years of relevant industry experience will be preferred (ideally from REIT/ IR / Capital Markets / Investment Banking / Research / Corporate Advisory function).
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese languages
• Analytical skill, detail oriented and rigorous work ethic striving for excellence in a fast pace environment
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint
• Familiar with marketing on mainstream social media platforms

The main purpose of the Consultant Care Specialist is to deliver world-class Customer Service to our Project Experts. You will give all new consultants a warm welcome to our business, ensuring they have key information needed for their project and act as the first point of contact for queries throughout their project lifecycle.

HR Support

• Onboarding of all new consultants – collection of compliance documentation and contract issuance.
• Issue employee handbook and company policies, ensuring that consultants have all information about working at CMC.
• Leave management and reporting
• Issuance of employment letters, upon request
• Provide MOM support for EP & SP applications/renewals and MOM reports
• Main point of contact for queries in relation to payroll, leave and medical insurance.
• Offboarding and exit letters where necessary

Sales Support

• Generation of client quotations for PO generation
• Coordination of Project renewals
• Post project meetings
• Creation of reports as necessary
• Any other ad hoc tasks as appropriate
