JOB PURPOSE
The Regional Product Marketing Management Manager for Sleep Health is responsible for delivering market insights, driving the development of compelling messaging and positioning, and leading the go-to-market strategy for product launches and marketing campaigns. This role requires oversight of end-to-end campaign execution, including budget management, strategy alignment, and the creation of marketing materials that reflect the product's positioning and broader marketing objectives.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with a diverse team, motivating the team to generate innovative ideas that drive successful campaigns and increase product revenues.
In addition to core leadership skills, the role demands the acquisition of in-depth product knowledge specific to the sleep health category, ensuring strategies are relevant and targeted.
CRITICAL WORK FUNCTIONS & KEY TASKS
Oversee marketing strategies and campaigns
- Implement pricing strategies together with product development team in achieving organisation's objectives and client's satisfaction
- Develop marketing strategies and directions to differentiate in-house products from the market
- Ensure marketing campaigns achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives
- Lead analyses of competitive environment and consumer trends
- Oversee development of marketing materials
- Manage launch processes, product lifecycles, pricing and category roadmaps
- Lead ideation and brainstorming efforts to develop novel ideas for product marketing and/or optimisation to enhance product proposition
Establish marketing budget
- Evaluate budget, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or Return on Investment (ROI) and profit-loss projections of product development
- Track the usage of marketing budget to ensure its effectiveness in maximising budget
- Oversee budget allocation processes for traditional and digital marketing tools and activities
Develop internal and external partnerships
- Identify potential partnerships and vendor relationships for strategic collaborations
- Develop partnerships with product development, operations, sales and digital teams to drive marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are reflected in sales figures
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by responding to client facing teams on their queries and concerns
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Product marketing or Sciences in related fields
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience with proven track record in marketing and Go-To-Market planning and implementation in Southeast Asia region.
- Preferably with experience in healthcare industry dealing with medical products, medical equipment, or consumer healthcare products
- Good knowledge of utilizing different marketing channels with marketing budget
