The SAP Consultant (Functional) will be responsible for managing the operation, support, and enhancements of various HR domain process areas (e.g., Recruitment, Benefits Management). The role involves coordinating with the system maintenance vendor and multiple stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables, issue resolution, and compliance with defined standards and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor & Deliverable Management:

• Ensure timely and quality deliverables by the system maintenance vendor.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues while managing risks and mitigation strategies.
• Perform project planning with system maintenance, interfacing, and infrastructure teams.

Change Management:

• Manage and track Change Requests (CR) from initiation to implementation.

Support & Operational Analysis:

• Oversee System Investigation Requests (SIR)/Problem Reports (PR) and ensure prompt resolution.

Residence Manager, Property Management (MCST)

To ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to maintenance and management of the properties.

Responsible for preserving the good condition of the infrastructure that they are safe and well maintained and functioning.

Responsibilities

· Fully responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building, ensuring all facilities are always fully operational.

· Schedule, coordinate and supervise all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.

· Plan, co-ordinate and facilitate council meetings and Annual General meetings.

· Manage and supervise all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the complex/building.

· Manage and review all vendor contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation/ tender

· Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing is carried out accordingly as specified in their contract’s agreement.
