• Liaise with warehouse personnel with regards of cargo handling and discrepancies (if any).
• Ensure all shipment had been lodge and all pre alert had been sent out via various portal correctly.
• Update uplift for certain projects.
• Ensure proper handover to the other shift.
• Other general administrative/ adhoc duties assigned by the management/HOD.

Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be involved in one or more job items listed below, depending on management decision:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of Vision AI Software Projects/Programs in Singapore and other countries
• Support multiple ongoing projects
• Assist with the project planning, resourcing and scheduling
• Assist in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, and provide timely reports on project status and activities Assist in requirements gathering and validation, solution development and testing, deployment, UAT and solution commissioning
• With guidance, perform usage tests on software thoroughly, identifying bugs and defects.
• Evaluate different functionalities and aspects of the product and generate reports.
• Assist in communicating and managing vendors, sub-contractors, partners and other stakeholders
• Follow the company PM best practices
• Work in an Agile environment (SCRUM)

Qualifications

• Completed at least 1 year of studies as part of a Diploma/Bachelor/Master in one of the following subjects: IT/Engineering/project management

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the periodic/Ad-Hoc reports submitted to MAS, Head Office and Branch Management, and to ensure credit compliance and reporting requirements are adhered to.
2. Manage of credit facility limit input to prevent potential operational risk arising.
3. Maintain, check and oversees related sytems data to ensure system data is accurate and consistent. Review of existing systems and oversees proposal of system enhancements to facilitate compliance/reporting requirements and to promote efficiency.
4. Perform assets quality, overdue and impairment forecasts to Head Office and Branch Management.
5. Responsible for the planning, design and develop of recording/reporting procedures and systems for internal contral and risk monitoring purposes.
6. Communicates and provides information to external parties, eg. MAS, Head Office, Regional and external auditors and other departments to equip the required information for inspection purposes/references.
7. Perform internal compliance checking on new applications to ensure internal controls are adhere to MAS regulations and the Branch guidelines.
8. Perform administrative duties for the department to facilitates daily workflow.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above (finance, economics, auditing or related majors) is preferred.
2. Strong knowledge and ability in using MS Office, VBA , Pivot table, Python etc.
3. Outstanding communication skills, conflict management, data analysis, investigation ability.
4. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese is required as incumbent is required to liase with Chinese counterparts from Head Office.
5. Excellent team player with excellent attitude, interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to work independently.
