Responsibilities

Vulnerability Management Specialist is an individual role within the Data Security Services team and will be responsible for owning the Vulnerability Management. The individual is supported by platform teams for remediation actions.

Person will be responsible for following (but not limited to) responsibilities in day-to-day work:

• Person will be responsible preparing the Vulnerability Management Plan and the executes plan through all the phases of Vulnerability Management Lifecycle.
• Ensures that the Vulnerability scans are scheduled, configured in tool and are executed as per the schedule. Any failure of scans is to be investigated and schedule to re-run;
• Conducts periodical discovery of IT Assets and ensures that identified assets are highlighted to CMDB owner for appropriate Asset tagging and also onboards the new asset in Vulnerability Management tool;
• Assess the identified vulnerabilities and study & understand the risk profile, impact as per environmental context;
• Participate and coordinate the discussions with Infrastructure and Application teams and advise them the relevance of vulnerability and help them understand the impact;

Qualifications and Profile

• 8 -10 years of IT experience with 4-7 years of IT Security experience and 4+ years of experience in managing Vulnerability Management process for an enterprise.
• Professional Certifications (highly preferred)

-Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

- GIAC Enterprise Vulnerability Assessor (GEVA), or any other Vulnerability Management Certification

- CREST certification

• Working & hands-on experience in managing Vulnerability Management process;
• Strong technical understanding and experience assessing vulnerabilities and identifying weaknesses in multiple operating system platforms, networks, database, and application servers.
• Ability to assess vulnerabilities and prioritize remediation planning;
• Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional/transverse IT teams in Production setup (Operations) mode;

This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

6. Administrative duties such as preparation, verification & processing of Purchase Requisition/ Purchase Order and Invoices etc.

7. Updating of maintenance schedule and incurred expenditure reports.

8. Prepare annual building maintenance expenditure and budgetary reports.

9. Renewal of factory license, signage advertisement license, electrical installation license, subletting application, etc., and submission of new applications to relevant authorities whenever necessary.

10. To ensure that there is adequate stock for all toiletries and groceries supplies and place order if the stock is running low.

11. Prepare proposal to the management for any proposed improvement/ repair/ replacement work.

12. Assist in any ad hoc A&A/ upgrading/ improvement projects. Coordinate with the project consultants/ contractors and monitoring the project progress.

13. Review of drawings, building plans to ensure that the design specification complies to the owner’s requirement as well as to the statutory code of practice/regulation.

14. Quality control of work done by contractor to ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the approved drawings, work scopes and technical specifications.

15. Any other suitable duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time

Responsibilities:

• Manages Key Access Control
• Maintain the Log Book for contractors working in the hotel in accordance with company’s health and safety policies
• Operates, checks and performs security surveillance on the CCTV system
• Patrol the hotel building, premises and perimeter on a daily basis ensuring safety, and send reports.
• Member of the CERT team to provide assistance during the triggering of a fire alarm
• Regulate traffic control at the driveway
• Monitor suspicious packages and be aware of bomb and terror threat procedures
• Investigate and report all allegations of theft, criminal damage and other incidents
• Maintain the Security Log Book and send Incident Reports
• Manage undesirable behaviour in a professional manner, intervening and defusing potential altercations
• Handle Loss and Found items
• Liaise with Police in the absence of Security Supervisor
• Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty
• Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations
• Any other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor.

Requirements:

• 6 days’ work week.
• Possesses valid Security License issued by PLRD/SIRD.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity in the Hospitality industry.
• Positive attitude and able to take responsibility.
• Able to communicate clearly and work in a team.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Computer literate
