Inspection and supervision of Archi work, including but not limited to ALC wall & drywall, off-site precast toilet units, off-site precast façade panels factory, epoxy flooring, vinyl flooring, carpet flooring, plastering, painting, raised floor system, ceiling, screeding, tiling, waterproofing, room handover, defects, auto-door testing, lift interior, & resolving conflicts between Architectural, Structural & M&E works.
Inspect and conduct all required tests for the project.
Preparation & issuance of site memos on bad workmanship & non-compliant works.
As-built drawings checks.
Highlight safety issues as & when observed.
Attend and witness all on-site testing of architectural works as required by the Client and authorities.
Check that all architectural works are carried out according to the approved drawings and specifications and conform to all authority standards and requirements.
Inspect the completed works and record all defects for rectification before handing them over to the Client.
Requirements:
Diploma in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years of architectural experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in supervising construction for projects of similar scale and complexity in a local context.
Has good working knowledge of Architectural and Interior Design finishing works and compliance with local Building Regulations.
Prefer to have LTA MRT project experience.
Able to work alt sat work week.

Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers, resellers, and partners to identify and resolve technical issues.
Provide first-level technical support for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates via phone and email.
Coordinate and escalate complex technical issues to the team and/or partners when necessary.
Document issues encountered and their resolutions for tracking purposes and future reference.
Conduct basic SSL technical support training for the Sales Support Team.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Minimum NITEC in IT/ Computer Science or its related discipline, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Strong SSL product and technical background is required.

Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.
To ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
To liaise with the contractors in the coordination of site works and resolving site installation problems.
Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.
Diploma / ITC (Higher NITEC/NTC-2 NITEC) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred
Preferably registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building services in the supervision of commercial/ institutional/ healthcare/ hospitality development with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services and local construction practices.
Advantageous for candidates proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports.

Main Responsibilities.
Assist the Chief Accountant to handle full sets of accounts. Ensuring accounting records of AR and AP are maintained accurately, efficiently and timely manner.
Accounts Payable (AP) Related Tasks
1. General Ledger Maintenance:
Ensure all postings to the hotel’s Sun System general ledgers are supported by properly authorized and documented journal vouchers.
2. Reconciliation:
Review balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliation statements, and control account reconciliations for month-end closing.
Cross-check transactions from EPB, Sun Systems etc and journalize monthly summaries for posting.
Validate or verify accuracy of Inventory reports from different departments such as Housekeeping, F&B etc
3. Fixed Assets Management:
Ensure hotel’s assets are properly maintained and recorded in the fixed asset register and general ledger.
Verify depreciation computations and the disposal of fixed assets.
4. Tax and Statutory Reporting (AP Side):
Ensure all tax returns, such as quarterly GST returns and yearly F1 Cess returns, are prepared and checked on time for Accountant’s verification and submission to FC.
5. Regulations and Procedures:
Ensure adherence to standard accounting practices and internal control for all payments and expenses.
Accounts Receivable (AR) Related Tasks
1. General Ledger Maintenance:
Ensure revenue recognition and receivables are accurately recorded and documented in the general ledger.
2. Reconciliation:
Review revenue-related accounts and ensure receivable balances are reconciled monthly.
Cross-check monthly transaction from Opera to Sun Systems summaries for receivables posting.
3. Tax and Statutory Reporting (AR Side):
Assist the Accountant in computing GST/taxes related to revenue by providing details such as revenue analysis.
General Cashiering
1. Cashier Reconciliation:
Balance the Cash Machine and Float transactions in Opera for each Front Office team member. Ensure Duty Managers sign off on all payouts and deposits received.
2. Transaction Monitoring:
Track Cash Machine activity, ensuring all withdrawals and deposits are valid.
3. Address Discrepancies:
Report any cash discrepancies to the Duty Manager, Front Office, Accountant, Financial Controller, and General Manager. Resolve issues within 24 hours.
4. Cash Count:
Conduct surprise cash counts of floats and the Cash Machine monthly, ideally twice a month with the Accountant or Financial Controller.
5. Cash Limits and Deposits:
Keep the Cash Machine balance below $20k, including cash floats. Deposit any excess in the bank with a Security Officer present.
6. Record Keeping:
Save scanned copies of all bank and cash machine slips in the “Banking Matters” folder for audit and records.
General Finance and Administrative Tasks
1. Internal Control:
Assist in establishing and reviewing procedures for internal controls and accounting systems regularly.
2. Audit:
Assist in preparation of annual profit and loss, cash flow, trial balance and balance sheet for audit purposes.
Work with external and internal auditors on the audit of financial statements.
Collect required audit information, address adjustments, and respond to auditor queries.
