As a Management Associate at BoConcept, You will be based primarily in our HQ office at Bendemeer and you will play a key role in supporting the smooth-running of day-to-day retail operations. You will be involved in executing high-priority projects that influence the overall company direction. What You will Do:

• Collaborate with teams across five brands to ensure compliance with policies and propose improvements.
• Draft, document, and disseminate guidelines, meeting minutes, and other official communications.
• Provide data-driven support for the review and creation of guidelines and policies.
• Offer support for task forces and working groups, including meeting organization, tracking follow-ups, and progress reporting.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff and senior managers
• Assist with contract documentation, ensuring proper filing and review.

Job Responsibilities
