The Animal Care Officer (ACO) is responsible for the treatment, care, and overall well-being of animals. The ACO plays an important role in ensuring the welfare of animals within the shelter and executing prescribed treatment and enrichment plans to support the well-being and potential adoption of the animals under their care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement facility management strategies to ensure the optimal operation of all retail fuel stations.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the annual budget for facility operations, maintenance, and capital improvements.
• Maintenance Oversight: Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all facilities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits.

As a Service Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that services meet the established standards set by ISS and the client. Duties include maintaining strong overall quality control of our services adhering to reliability, performance and customer expectation. Inspection of the service quality is part of the job with the obligation to report and document findings.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality inspections and audits daily on the service standards
• Monitor adherence to all the established SOPs on site to ensure service quality meet defined specifications and standards.
• Reporting to the Assistant Resident Managers (ARMs) to ensure all routine works are fulfilled.
• Document and report non-conformities and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Operate autonomous robotic and all cleaning machines efficiently and manage on-site systems while responding promptly to the system requirements or issues.
