• Front-Counter Server: Responsible for preparing side dishes, rice, soup, and condiments, as well as packing food items for takeaway orders. Once orders are ready, use the queue number system to notify customers for self-collection. Familiarity with the menu will also be required
• Prior relevant experience would be beneficial but is not necessary

Position Overview
The Receptionist cum Cashier is the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. You will manage front desk operations, handle reservations, and process payments while delivering exceptional service with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone professionally.
• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Provide basic information about the menu and ongoing promotions.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual in english and mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and a passion for customer service.
• Basic knowledge of using POS systems is an advantage (training will be provided).
