2. Food Preparation and Cooking:Prepare and cook dishes using traditional ingredients and techniques, ensuring consistency and quality.
   Maintain a high standard of food presentation and portion control.
   
3. Kitchen Operations:Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, procurement of quality ingredients, and cost control.
   Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient workflow and teamwork.
   
4. Health and Safety:Ensure the kitchen complies with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
   Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and workstations.
   
5. Training and Development:Train junior chefs and kitchen staff in cooking techniques and proper handling of Northeastern Chinese ingredients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a chef in a Chinese restaurant, specializing in Northeastern Chinese cuisine.
• In-depth knowledge of Northeastern Chinese culinary traditions, ingredients, and techniques.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

As a Chef De Partie (In Room Dining), we rely on you to:

• Oversee the daily preparation and production of all dishes, ensuring that they are prepared according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation in the kitchen, following all HACCP guidelines and local health regulations.
