Job Requirements

• Experience as a CDP, Junior CDP, or Commis Chef in Italian fine dining would be preferred
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure fine dining environment
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
• Team player with good communication skills
• Passion for Italian gastronomy and commitment to culinary arts
