• Be responsible for the food production following the flow from when it gets delivered to the guest plate; be in control of the step by step preparation.

The Chinese Banquet Sous Chef leads the culinary operations for Chinese banquets and catering events, ensuring authentic, high-quality dishes and adherence to strict food safety and hygiene standards. • Execute mis-en-place efficiently; including, setup of ingredients, the process of preparing, caring for your workstation

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring
