Job Description Chef de cuisine to lead and inspire our kitchen staff in the creation of culinary masterpieces. The chef de cuisine will be responsible for designing the menu, hiring and training kitchen staff, collaborating with restaurant management, optimizing staff productivity, and stepping in to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.

2. Supervision and Team Coordination

- Supervise and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff in your section.

3. Inventory and Stock Management

- Monitor stock levels for your section and coordinate replenishment with the Head Chef or Sous Chef.

4. Health and Safety Compliance

- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in your section.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and kitchen safety regulations.

6. Service Coordination
