• To manage cleanliness, wastage and cost control well.
• To implement new menu ideas & festive menus for our buffets.
• Report directly to Executive Chef.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join our Pastry team. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of delicious pastry-based confectioneries. This includes measuring ingredients, baking goods, adding finishing touches, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Job Description :

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastry-based confectioneries according to recipes and standards.
• Accurately measure and weigh ingredients.

• Support food and beverage operations as needed.
