Responsible for executing sales & marketing initiatives, engaging new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts in order to bring in revenue for the Company.
Job Responsibilities
To achieve and/or exceed sales and profit margin targets in assigned growth location/segment/customers, key responsibilities include (not limited to):
• Development of sales strategy and implementation of the tactical plan.
• Identification of key/target accounts/industry segments.
• Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, through prompt updating of opportunities management tracking and account development planning.
• Develop new customer accounts through sales and marketing activities.
• Expand sales portfolio to all existing and new potential customers.
• Supporting any marketing-related activities to improve the presence and customer knowledge of our Electrical overhead travelling cranes EOTC
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
People Requirements
• Candidates with 2 year of sales experience with industrial clients.
• Similiar Field working experience preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
• Field sales experience is vital. Proven ability to interact directly with a sales.
organization, understand customer needs and influence them.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and maintain a high level of Sales DIscipline.
