Our Team

As a Process Engineering and Proposal Development Specialist, you will support projects across the APAC region and collaborate closely with country managers to drive aftermarket sales in Southeast Asia. This role is supervised by the APAC Product Leader based in Singapore; and involves collaboration with country managers across Asia.

What You Will Do

Process Engineering & Proposal Development (70% of role)

• Craft technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Analyze customer material requisitions and specifications.
• Select and pre-design equipment, performing hydraulic calculations/simulations.
• Estimate costs and develop quotations.
• Engage in technical clarifications, including negotiations and meetings with customers.
• Update and revise quotations as necessary.

Commercial Activities (30% of role)

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Responsibilities:

• Perform Level 2 Systems Administration in system monitoring, management, disaster recovery and capacity planning.
