As a technical support engineer, you’ll be part of a global team whose main focus is ensuring that Wise API integrations get an industry-leading level of assistance when they need it. • Proficiency in troubleshooting various technologies, network, and system issues including routing, NAT, VLAN, Multicast, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, AD, LDAP, RADIUS, SNMP, Syslog, SMTP, TLS, SSH.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in staying updated on cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
