Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide second and third-line support for the prompt resolution of issues on the whole suite of M365 applications used company-wide, including collaboration tools
• Collaborate with regional/global technical teams on infrastructure and applications support and enhancement
• Perform root cause analysis on applications issues and provide recommendations to maintain/improve service levels
• Develop and maintain successful internal and external business relationships with stakeholders in order to understand existing and emerging business needs
• Ensure documentation and training materials are created and updated accordingly

The Successful Applicant

To be successful, you will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• At least 6 years of experience in administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services at a 2nd/3rd level, with strong knowledge of Exchange Online, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, etc.
• Understanding of M365 licences, security and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.

• Reports to Construction Manager
• Comprehensive understanding of the drawings and specification, phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule
