Job Description:

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a process engineer on site with a client. In summary, you will be supporting the design, recipe design and testing, modification of process equipment, troubleshooting process equipment, and ensuring compliance with change control, deviation, and CAPA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, and support implementation of engineering-based improvements or upgrades to the equipment or facility systems. • Responsible for managing internal stakeholders and coordination with various equipment owners to ensure their requirements are met in the PCS design and is implemented and tested in accordance with the company standards
• Responsible for reviewing functional specifications and design specifications and ensuring these are aligned with project, global and local standards

• Responsible for reviewing test documents and protocols (FAT, SAT, Interface Test, etc.) so that they meet CSV and QA standards

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of Relevant Experience.
• Expert in Development Tools - RSLogix5, RSLogix500, RSLogix5000, Studio5000, RSLinx,
• Experience in Industrial Protocols - Modbus, Modbus TCP, HART, Ethernet IP, OPC UA, OPC DA, ControlNet, Device Net, Industrial control protocols such as RS232/485.
• Expert in ControlLogix Logic coding Languages - (ST, FBD, SFC, Ladder)
• Database & Reporting - MS SQL Server, Crystal Report, and SSRS, VB & Excel based Report.
• SCADA - FactoryTalk View & Historian, Siemens WinCC, Ifix, Wonderware, Iconics, Schneider.
• Familiar with Industrial Protocols - Modbus, Modbus TCP, HART, Ethernet IP, OPC UA, OPC DA, ControlNet, Device Net, Industrial control protocols such as RS232/485, CAN/Open, Modbus RTU, traditional IO (4-20 mA, etc), Foundation Fieldbus, etc.
• Computer System Validation (CSV) 21CFR part11 (GAMP-5) using GMP &CGMP automation process industries.
• Good Knowledge and Min 5 years’ experience in regulatory Audits (US-FDA, MHRA, EU-GMP)
• Knowledge in Industrial Cybersecurity ISA IEC 62443 Standards.
• Experience on Automation Compliance projects Familiar with process controls equipment Strong knowledge of Computerized Systems, Compliance regulations and standards

Job Description

1. Assist Sales Manager for the sales and marketing for local and overseas market and are required traveling overseas on regular basis to carry out duties.

2. Required to co-operate closely with all other department of the company in order for the contact and/ or project can be executed effectively and efficiently.

3. Assist Sales Manager decision making and overview the company daily operation to ensure the operation run smoothly.

4. Assist Sales Manager to preparing itinerary schedule before traveling to overseas, and contact to the person for arrangement for meeting.

5. Assist Sales Manager to monitor and ensure branch offices run smoothly for everything and keep report to the head quarter in routine basis.

9. Visit to the local shipyard frequently for gather more information on new project as well as the exiting project, and at the same time build up a good relationship between shipyard and the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Design process and perform process calculations for water, wastewater treatment, air treatment projects.
• Design PFD, P&ID with Auto CAD independently or with the help of drafters.
• Select equipment or propose the parameters for selection of equipment such as pumps, fans.
• Design the layout and section views of the overall treatment system including process treatment units, equipment, and piping and ducting with the help of drafters.
• Prepare other textual documents in process discipline such as control philosophy, datasheets.
• Prepare submissions of the process drawings and textual documents.
• Focus on deliverables and deliver the above-mentioned documents on time.
• Evaluation of technical documents from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate the works with mechanical engineers, and electrical, control and instrument engineers.
• Provide technical support to sales and project teams.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor degree in environmental, chemical engineering or related engineering
• The candidate should be highly responsible for this role.
• A degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or all other process related engineering.
• 3 years above work experience in water, wastewater treatment, or air treatment. Master degree holders with less experience will be considered.
• Experiences in ultrapure water treatment, air treatment scrubbers, and thermal oxidizers are preferred.
• Good writing and communication skills.
