Job Title: Systems Engineer for Managed IT Account Management Services
Job Responsibilities
Administer all aspects of account management for applications, including but not limited to:
Windows Active Directory
Entra ID/Azure AD
Clinical System
Finance ERP System
Biomedical System
CRM System
IRIS System
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all access creations, modifications, and deletions.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for account management processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding).
Manage the User Access Matrix, ensuring its accuracy and liaising with stakeholders to validate it.
Conduct regular User Access Matrix reviews with stakeholders.
Adhere to SOPs for all account management procedures.
Assist in account and access management audits by providing supporting documentation and audit log tracing.
Perform bi-annual access reviews for various systems.
Troubleshoot permission issues for systems and escalate to system owners when necessary.
Handle other ad-hoc duties and IT administrative tasks as required.
Key Capabilities and Skills Required:
Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory.
Strong knowledge of user account management.
Basic skills in troubleshooting permissions.
Intermediate communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
Attention to detail and meticulous work habits.
Availability to perform user access modifications on Sundays for staff transfer cases.
