Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the company and field level implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines including review, updates and recommendations.
• Ensure workplace/site is fully comply of the relevant and latest Workplace Safety, Health Act (WSHA) and Environmental regulations and proper documentation of all safety records not limiting to certificates, notices and correspondences.
• Account for investigating, analyzing and determining cause of any incident, accident or dangerous occurrence during work process and recommends means of preventing recurrence
• Organize safety meeting and safety briefing and toolbox meeting at site/office including safety training.
• Prepare and review all Risk Assessment together with project management team.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up actions to ensure safety compliance.
• Report incidents and accidents to management and maintain of project accident statistics.
• Handle all safety issues and routines at site including company level.
• Liaises with Consultants and enforcement agencies on WSH issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in safety coordination in construction industry.
• Preferably with trade competency certificates i.e. BCSS Certificate, Safety Coordinator Certificate, Risk Assessment Certificate, Working at Height Rescuer Certificate, etc. from approved institutes
• Good in communication, work cocus and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability.
• Initiative with good sense of responsibility, independent with minimum supervision, committed and driven to learn.
• Physically fit as the position requires the successful candidate to be onsite at times.
• Good working knowledge of OHSAS & ISO.

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Resident Engineer for a 2-year renewable contract based in Woodlands. This role requires candidates to be open to working a 24/7 rotating shift schedule. Each shift will be 12 hours, with a total of 7 working days over a 2-week period. A shift allowance will be provided as part of the compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow ITSM processes and procedures related to Support Operations.
• Ensure all communication with customers is professional, prompt, and courteous.
• Update technical documentation for any configuration changes made to the network infrastructure by third parties.
• Open and close support tickets while providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders and customers for allocated cases.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Understand the customer's network structure, support processes, and SLAs to ensure effective support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and network problems, working with vendors and customers to resolve them within set timelines.
• Monitor customer infrastructure 24/7 and provide remedies for any faults noticed using monitoring tools.
• Conduct wireless testing across customer sites to identify and resolve network performance issues.
• Generate network bandwidth utilization reports, traffic flow patterns, and prepare network diagrams using tools like Visio.
• Act as a liaison between the Global Network Centre, customers, vendors, and senior resources for escalations or major issues.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in networking (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies.
• Quick learner with a logical and smart-thinking approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system with 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 3 days off).
• Ability to work overtime when required to support users and ensure network stability.
• Eagerness to learn about and handle network hardware, including rack-and-stack tasks.
• Willingness to participate in training and upskilling opportunities to enhance knowledge.
• CCNA certification is a plus but not mandatory (must be willing to pursue certification if needed).
• Experience with conducting site surveys, WiFi assessments, and monitoring network health is beneficial.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools for network performance and health tracking.
• Competence in documentation using tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Qualifications:

• Open to candidates with NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent in IT-related fields (Infocomm, Computer Science, etc.).

The Infrastructure and Tools (Cisco AppDynamics) Operations Engineer focuses on the ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of Cisco Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions after their initial deployment (Day 1). This role requires a deep understanding of Cisco APM tools (AppDynamics) networking, application architectures, and ITIL practices. The engineer ensures the continued health, performance, and stability of the AppDynamics environment and its ability to provide valuable insights into application performance.

Job Scope:

* Implementation and Configuration:

* Support the implementation of Cisco APM solutions (AppDynamics) for customers

* Collaborate with clients to understand their application environments, business goals, and performance monitoring needs.

* Install, configure, and fine-tune Cisco APM agents and collectors to monitor applications and infrastructure components.

* Integrate Cisco APM with existing monitoring and management tools.

* Define and configure application performance baselines and thresholds.

* Develop custom dashboards and reports to visualize application performance data.

* Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

* Working experience with other observability industry platforms (Datadog, Dynatrace, etc.) and cloud experience is a good to have.

Requirements - Technical

You bring your proven experience in 3 or more of the following areas. AI Infrastructure experience and experience with LLMs is a MUST

Exposure to scheduling and automation tools such as Slurm, Terraform is desirable

Large Language Models (LLMs): Expertise in working with closed and/or open-source LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Bloom, LLaMA) and understanding the full AI life cycle, including training, fine-tuning, and deploying these models for inference in production environments.

Performance Optimization: Drive the optimization of AI infrastructure and applications on Oracle OCI, focusing on efficiency improvements in computational speed and resource management.

Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI infrastructure and solutions are compliant with industry standards and organizational policies related to security, privacy, and data governance

Operating Systems, Protocols and Tools: Strong Linux skills with hands-on experience in Oracle Linux/RHEL/CentOS, Ubuntu, and Debian distributions, including system administration, package management, shell scripting. Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Infiniband, RDMA, UDP, HTTP) is a significant advantage. Experience on high performance storage is desirable
