Responsibilities :

• Support the technical team and construction team for all design matters.
• Review all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
• Work closely with consultant on the scope of services, design and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
• Manage design approval process and coordination with the clients, consultants and subcontractors in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues.
• Ensure strict compliance of the design in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Identifies and highlight to management and project team of any potential risks or issues that will impact project performance.
• Support tender team and prepare technical tender documents as per specifications for bidding of civil and structural engineering projects as when assigned.

Requirements :

• PE Board Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of design management experience with at least 1 year of design experience in consultant firm.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills .
• Good organization and time management skills.

• To plan, coordinate and execute quality assurance and quality control of project
• To ensure all products are executed in accordance to contract specifications
• To liaise and coordinates with suppliers / sub-contractors to ensure quality control
• Facilitate in monitoring material status updates and traceability records while maintaining scheduled workload
• Facilitate on off-site inspection/ sampling / testing and submission of materials
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment and aiming for zero accident
• Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Responsibilities:

• Overhaul, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance
• Monitor equipment operating condition and record in the checklist
• Making of DI water & treatment of wastewater including maintenance
• Changing of H2 LPG cylinder and monitor N2 consumption
• Maintenance of RTO solvent pumps & room pressure condition
• Maintenance of Last IC Air-Con, Compressors, Vacuum & Exhaust system
• Maintenance and repair of general breakdowns such as toilet taps, floor tiles, painting, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Min Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Min 1 or 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift (morning and night).

DMZ Network Implementation Engineer, responsible for developing HLD/LLD and implementation of Business Partner Connectivity in accordance with the financial organization’s Global Architectural Governance, Design Standards and Policies to meet specific connectivity requirements.

Role :

The role of the DMZ Network Implementation Engineer is to provide technical implementation services for various projects ranging from Design and Implementation of new DMZ towers, enabling new customers to allow connectivity through existing DMZ towers, upgrade/refresh of existing DMZ towers and associated activities.

The role requires an engineer who have a strong design and implementation background, who is aware of the processes and procedures typical in large global financial organizations. The engineer needs to have a strong understanding of various enterprise tools, both technical, procedural and resources typically used in large IT organizations. The engineer needs to focus on delivering quality and have a good understanding of risk as it relates to financial organizations and having strong decision-making skills on assessing risk to the production network is essential.

The engineer will interact with Japan team ; hence resources with JLPT 1 or JLPT 2 is a minimum & mandatory requirement

Technology Focus areas:

Essential

• Data Center and specifically DMZ experience
• Designing and implementing DMZ towers, FWs, IPS/IDS, Load-balancers is essential.

Preferred

• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, F5 preferred.

• Coordination: Working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Training: Providing training and technical support to other team members and clients on the operation and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing and commissioning processes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates need the following qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in testing and commissioning electrical power equipment. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using testing equipment and software, knowledge of electrical power systems, and familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Electrical Inspector (CEI), or other industry-specific certifications can be beneficial.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Additional Skills: Experience with specific testing equipment brands (e.g., Omicron) and knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
