Successful candidate will assist Parts & Service Sales Manager on the following tasks:

• Conduct Field Engineering during the piloting, construction, commissioning and operation/maintenance/after sale phases
• Provide technical and hands-on support for the implementation of pilot studies and commercial operations
• Manage site operators in implementing good practices for plant operations and maintenance and daily operational activities through preparation and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical training

Skills and Experience:

• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Chemical, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably with 3-5 years of related experience in commissioning and /or in Operations and Maintenance in the industrial water treatment systems.

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s largest, most complex, and most valuable customers. A large percentage of the customers you engage with will be Enterprise customers from a Dynatrace spend perspective as well as some customers that are part of the Enterprise Success & Support program and have a mix of other dynatrace services involved. [What the role is]
