We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher / Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in teaching and interest / capability to pickup coding on the job (Training provided), exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high teaching standards. As a Coding Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality coding education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Assurance: Establish and implement a robust system to regularly assess and maintain instructor teaching quality. This includes conducting classroom observations, reviewing student feedback, and analyzing teaching outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and enforce standards for instructional excellence.

- Assessment: Evaluate student performance through a variety of methods, including assessments, projects, and coding exercises. Provide detailed, constructive feedback to help students improve and succeed. Ensure assessment methods are fair, consistent, and aligned with learning objectives.

- SOP for Communication with Parents: Develop and implement SOPs to train instructors on how to effectively communicate with parents. This includes guidelines on discussing student progress, addressing concerns, and providing updates in a professional and supportive manner.

- Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks such as creating and maintaining class schedules, generating reports on student progress and instructor performance, and keeping accurate records of student enrollment and attendance. Ensure all administrative processes are efficient and support the smooth operation of the educational program.

Requirement:

- Degree / Diploma in any disciple

- Teaching experience with primary or secondary school children

- Classroom management

- Strong interest in coding

- High PC literacy & IT Savvy

• Teach Math Concepts: Deliver engaging and age-appropriate math lessons to children from Nursery to K2, focusing on foundational skills such as numbers, counting, shapes, patterns etc. (materials and training will be provided).
• Communicate with parents (on-demand basis): Track and updates on students' progress and offer feedback or suggestions as and when necessary
• Ensure safety and well-being: Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children, adhering to childcare centre guidelines and policies.
• Able to handle large group of children from nursery to K2 level
• Diploma and above, minimum contractual period is 1 year starting from Jan 2025.
• Working days and hours fixed: Every Monday 4.30pm to 5.20pm, Tuesday 4.30pm to 6.10pm and Friday 4.30pm-6.10pm.
