Responsibilities:

• Able to teach children
• Assist in daily needs of children, including showering, mealtime and toileting
• Engage with children and parents

Requirements:

• Relevant Early childhood qualification is required
• ACEY/L1/L2 preferred.
• ECDA Certification is required

Job Description

· Classroom Management

· Behaviour Documentation and Reporting

· Lesson plans

· Conduct team meetings with Allied Health Care Professionals such as Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist and Psychologist.

· Planning and implementation of social/emotional/behavioural interventions

· Curriculum and Instruction responsibilities such as planning, documentation and reporting of academic data/progress and applying interventions

· Curriculum mapping, individually-design instruction, individualised lesson planning and IEPs

· Conduct assessments, manage grading, homework

· Maintain student records and communicate frequently with parents and school staff as needed

Requirements

· Minimally an advanced diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) / Degree in Special Education

· Teaching experience in EIPIC would be an advantage

· Knowledge of AEPS would be an advantage

· Experience working with young students with learning disabilities – minimum one year

· Strong command of the English language

Job Title: Preschool Teachers (L1/L2 English)

Work Locations: Islandwide

Salary: $2,500 - $4,500 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement an early childhood curriculum

• Document children's learning and build a warm relationship with parents

• Provide a safe and clean learning environment for the children

• Plan activities and equipment needed to support the curriculum

• Maintain communication with the children's parents

• Other tasks as assigned by Centre Principal/Manager

Requirements:

• Certification in Early Childhood Education or relevant studies

• Certificate in Early Childhood Care Education (Category L1)

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care Education (category L2)

• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work in a team
