Job Duties & Requirements:

• Full time position (Mondays-Fridays, 8am to 5pm)
• Develop and implement lesson plans according to the school’s UK curriculum
• Ensure holistic student welfare
• Develop and maintain progress report & IEP writing
• Maintaining close relationship and communication with all stakeholders of the classroom/school
• Facilitating testing and marking of tests
• Manage student behaviours in classroom
• Carry out special duties (e.g., outdoor recreation area monitor, extra-curricular activities, holiday camps, school fairs, open houses)
• Mentor/support Teaching Assistant
• Modify lessons according to each child’s ability level
• Be knowledgeable on professional techniques and best practices in special education

Qualification/Experience requirements:

• Candidates must be able to commit to Company for at least 2 academic years
• Must have at least a professional diploma/certificate (but Bachelor's degree is preferred) in education, special education, counselling, psychology, or related field
• Minimum 2 year work experience
• At least 2 positive references from most recent supervisors
