Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To carry out the professional duties of a teacher as circumstances may require and in accordance with the school's policies under the direction of the school’s Principal.
• To conduct assessment, recording and reporting on the work of students and attending Parents’ Meetings to meet parents and discuss the progress of individual students
• To set appropriate individual student targets in line with the school and departmental targets/policy
• To undertake appropriate training including INSET days at the start of each term
• Promoting and participating in your own continuous professional development:
• To be involved in Co or Extra Curricular Activities and school event days
• To undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Education/ Teaching or equivalent, recognized by the CPE/MOE in Singapore
• Higher degree or recognized professional qualification (preferred) Evidence of continued relevant professional development
• PGDE and/or PGCE is preferable. Preferably a Teacher’s Licence (NIE certification)
• More than 5 years of teaching experience in a similar or related environment
• Demonstrate an acute and deep understanding of a primary/ secondary school curriculum
• Teaching or pedagogical skills
• Passion for developing young learners

Job Responsibility:

• Prepare course materials and execute planned art curriculum lessons in group settings.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly competent and passionate Executive Assistant to support our school operations and provide support to our centre leaders and key appointment holders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
• Manage the calendars of centre leaders, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of events and parent-teacher meetings.
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and other staff members, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
• Support the human resources department by processing employee onboarding paperwork, maintaining personnel files, and tracking employee vacation days.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other members of the company to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage the logistics of the school's bus fleet, ensuring proper scheduling, maintenance, and safety protocols are followed.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner.
• Support the implementation and upkeep of administrative systems and procedures.
• Assist in managing finances and budgeting, including preparing invoices, tracking expenses,doing basic bookkeeping, and creating financial reports.
  
  Requirement:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an executive assistant or in a related role.
• At least a Diploma Level qualification in any field
• Knowledge of early childhood education industry is a plus.

Job Description
